MEET THE CAST
DeLee began her musical theater career at the age of 9 as Baby June in "Gypsy" in Houston, TX where she grew up. Her Broadway dreams came true when she was cast by Michael Bennet to join "A Chorus Line," just two days after graduating high school! She started off as "Maggie," then became "Valerie Clark," aka the T&A girl, and continued on to star in the National, International, Bus & Truck, and Broadway companies. Following her success in "A Chorus Line," Mr. Bennet then asked her to be in the "Dreamgirls" National Tour. A few years later Tommy Tune cast her as "Flaemmchen" in the Broadway and National Touring companies of "Grand Hotel." Her last 5 years of living in NYC, DeLee originated the role of "DeLee" in the Broadway smash hit "Smokey Joe's Cafe," for which she was nominated for a Tony Award, and the cast received a Grammy Award!
Host of The Filthy Rich Guide, is a Tony Nominated Actor for his role of Greaseball in Starlight Express. Other Broadway credits include, Joseph and the Amazing..... (Pharaoh), Smokey Joe’s Cafe, and Reefer Madness. Multiple starring roles in Film include, That Thing You Do, She’s The Man,The Game Plan, Race To Witch Mountain, Reefer Madness and Joseph and The Amazing.... as the Pharaoh opposite Donny Osmand. He has one multiple Ovation Awards for LA Theatre and received a Gold Record for Mr. Downtown in the film That Thing You Do. Multiple T.V. series regulars and Guest Stars include, The Drew Carey Show, Vinnie and Bobby, Generations, The Young and The Restless, Days of our Lives and many more. He Recently completed over 4 years as “Hertz” in Rock of Ages Las Vegas.
Eric Jordan Young
A “one man force of nature,” Eric is the proud recipient of the 2011 & 2012 Broadway World Award for Best Performance By A Lead Actor for his work in “Vegas! The Show” where he originated the role of “Ernie.” Vegas credits: “Starlight Express,” “Shakin’: Classic Vegas Remixed With A Twist,” “Rock of Ages.” Television: “Law & Order: Criminal Intent,” “Ugly Betty.” Broadway: “Ragtime,” “Chicago,” “Seussical,” Look of Love.” Off Broadway: NYSF, MTC, Second STage, City Center, Lincoln Center, Kennedy Center. Born and raised in Southern California, Ashley was a singer from the age of 8 years old. Grew up singing in choirs, and even had the honor of singing in Carnegie Hall at the age of 13 years old with the Henry Leck Chorale. While attending AMDA (The American Musical and Dramatic Academy) in NYC,Ashley honed in on her skills and started working shortly after graduation. Singing took Ashley all over the world while being a lead vocalist on several cruise lines. That brings us to Ashley today, living and working in Las Vegas, NV. Former Lead singer of Jubilee! at Ballys, and co-lead singer of BBR Las Vegas "Alice". Ashley also does several recording projects on the side as a demo vocalist for major recording artists.
Brandon Nix is from Memphis, TN, and music is definitely in his blood. He is so very excited to be performing with such incredible talents. He has traveled the world performing and has recently been seen in BAZ, Rock Of Ages, Chippendales, The North American premier of We Will Rock You and the Broadway National Tour of "Saturday Night Fever" as Bobby C. Brandon has also been heard and seen backing up the likes of Sheena Easton and Ben Vereen.
Soulful and Electric with a voice that will knock you off your feet. Nakaze, born in Boston, Massachusetts and now resides in Las Vegas! Her singing talents have been seen in the blockbuster film and soundtrack of Sister Act 2 starring Whoopi Goldberg. With over 25 years of experience in show business, Nakaze has performed worldwide with Ben Vereen, Boy George, Kenny Loggins, Charo & Michael Bolton, just to name few. More recently Nakaze made her Musical Theatre debut by playing Motormouth Maybelle” in the Tony award winning Musical “Hairspray." ENJOY THE SHOW!
Discovered his passion for singing early on as a young boy learning gospel songs from his Grandmother back in Rochester, New York. Past credits include: Cirque du Soleil's ZAiA (Lead Vocalist), Ain't Misbehavin (Andre), Smokey Joes Cafe (Frederick), and The Egg, An Operatic Riddle (Gourmantus). Lance is grateful to have this opportunity to share the stage with such a talented cast and crew!
